Applications:

Rotary Grate Magnet Separator are extensively used in field of chemical, building materials, food, mining, pharmacy and refractory that is designed for eliminating scraps on Ferrum from graininess materials, particularly for high viscosity and poor fluidity materials that are usually a victim to caking or bridging.

•  Removable designing for cleaning and installation ease.
• Comes with maximal magnetic strength that could reach 13000GS and standard working temperature being less than 80℃. The maximal working temperature could also reach 350℃ as and when required.
• The magnetic bar volume can be changed [increased or reduced] depending on the materials being used.
•  Round pipeline flange or Square chutes is also offered for various connections.
•  Rotating magnetic bar are helpful to prevent the material from bridging or caking.
